Hip Hip Horray! My review of Secrets of the Sommeliers: How to Think and Drink Like the World's Top Wine Professionals, by Rajat Parr and Jordan Mackay ran yesterday on Tasting Table.
I thought this book was fantastically written, and a great addition to any wine library. The photos, of sweeping vineyards, musky wine cellars, and Paris streets, are beautiful and mentally transporting. Makes me want to curl up with a blanket and a nice glass of pinot noir. It's not too early for that, right?
