Each title in the series has a central object on a ceramic background. The ceramics and objects are all historically accurate, and for M.F.K. Fisher Penguin UK used a ceramic pattern and tureen by Eva Zeisel. The design is transfer-printed earthenware from 1957.
LOVE IN A DISH was published in the U.S. by Counterpoint Press in July 2011. It will be released in paperback in July 2012.
